Once you have seen the property and love it, let us know! We love feed back!

From there we will screen all of the applicants  and reach out to you with more information.

Qualifying Requirements 

Residential Requirements...

 

  • We do not accept anyone convicted of a crime or who has been on probation within the last (5) years.
  • We do not accept anyone with a broken lease or eviction within the last (5) years.
  • You must provide proof of employment for the last 3 years, 2 of which must be consistently in the same career type.
  • The Responsible party(s) must bring in 3X the monthly rent after taxes.
  • You must have 3 years of consistent positive rental history.
  • No Smoking
  • No Pets

Filling Out the Application

Applications Are Free!

We need a few things to complete your application:


  1) A Copy of a government-issued identification card (Driver's License)

2) Proof of Income. We accept your last 6 months' bank statements, your latest tax return, 1099, or W-2.

3) Complete the Application


**Pro Tip: If multiple people under one roof are bringing in income, make sure everyone fills out an application! **
